“This trip was amazing. Although the destination (EBC) was the reason we signed up, it was the journey that made it such an epic experience! Thanks to our guide Mohan, his wonderful pleasant manner and thorough planning of every detail was the making of the trek. From the moment we exited the airport, Mohan was there to support us, discounted shopping in Kathmandu and using his excellent English, Nepali and quiet leadership insured we had all the correct equipment . On the trek Mohans great knowledge of the area was invaluable, he walked along with all of us chatting away so he could individualize the trek to each of our party. What an awesome experience! We arranged an Everest base camp Trek with Mohan via his travel agency Himalayan Journeys. He was always very easy to get in contact with beforehand and always ready to answer our questions (and there were probably a few too many :) Once we arrived, everything was so well organised and Mohan left nothing to chance, every little fine detail was taken care of. Hi Mohan, I just wanted to drop a message to say what a wonderful time I had on our trip. I have never been on such a trip before and the closest I ever came to trekking was a day out in Croagh Patrick once! I had so many personal achievements and overcame some fears. So aside from the fact that I got to experience all of these things in such a beautiful country I really came away with a sense of pride in myself in what I am capable of. Without doubt I feel I could not have overcome so many things without your quiet support and the environment you created. “I love to travel, and I've done a lot of it. This trip was a little out of the norm for me, since I chose to go with an adventure with you, rather than organize everything on my own. But I couldn't have been happier with the results! Mohan puts together a GREAT trip, and it was wonderful to just be able to get up and enjoy myself every day and not worry about any of the details.
